Vandaag loopt uit, misschien dat ik ook later aanschuif, misschien dat ik er gewoon op tijd ben, maar als ik niets laat horen voor starttijd kunnen jullie iig alvast beginnen. Smile

RE: [D&D Next] Nextworld
Those who were wondering need wonder no more:

Starter set, PHB, DMG, and MM all have been announced.

http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Product.aspx?...starterset
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Product.aspx?...rshandbook
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Product.aspx?...dndacc/dmg
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Product.aspx?...stermanual

However do note the prices and the release dates. You can get the PHB in august but you couldn't really play until november. And the books are 50 bucks a pop. If you convert the prices of the 2e, 3e, and 4e equivalent books into today's dollars to adjust for inflation you'll notice they always come out at ~38 dollars.

Don't know if want.

What you need to understand about the apocalypse is that you aren't Mad Max. You're part of the skull pyramid in the background.

RE: [D&D Next] Nextworld
Well this explains a little why the books are so expensive...

WotC announces that there will be a Basic D&D game. Complete rules, some monsters, the most core races and classes... for free.

http://wizards.com/dnd/Article.aspx?x=dnd/4ll/20140527

So basically you can play the basic game for free and if you decide to upgrade you can buy the "Advanced" D&D game.

What you need to understand about the apocalypse is that you aren't Mad Max. You're part of the skull pyramid in the background.

RE: [D&D Next] Nextworld
So a pic of the D&D Next PHB has been posted.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BpZiurtCYAAYWUl.jpg:orig

Two things:

1. That Warlock lady seems to hold her staff in a weird way.
2. Wild mages are back. Because if there's anything that made the game better, it was wild mages. <--- sarcasm.

What you need to understand about the apocalypse is that you aren't Mad Max. You're part of the skull pyramid in the background.

For those who want a preview, here's one of the pre-generated characters that's in the Starter Set.
