This is correct. When you block an attack from an opponent you can flood a die with the effect that you laugh at him, and you do not fear him. Giving you a +5 bonus(the laugh) and the opponent a possible loss of 5 if he used your fear against you. This only doesn't work when your opponent has a reach weapon since it an ability from the reach of your spear.

As far as charsheets are involved, no, I haven't started yet, as there was mention of official charsheets becoming available before long and I didn't want to do double work. My docx, however, has been mentioned as a decent template, so that's what I was offering, if anyone was interested Tongue

This has been answered but just to confirm:

IF
you block AND flood a die
THEN
you laugh at the opponent's attack AND you do not fear the opponent's attack

And all of the above doesn't apply if the opponent's attack uses long reach. Basically you can use the polearm's long handle to keep an opponent at a distance.

For that reason she keeps her hair braided usually, keeping her hair harmless like a sheathed sword.

Black Mirage
This young daoist priestess uses the same palm style as Black Oasis... and she's even wearing his hat! Why? Who is she?
