@ Ben:

Dude, check out today's "Winning Races: Tieflings" article.
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/downloads/dra...flings.pdf

New tiefling feats, some of which Maxine should seriously consider.

Particularly this example:

[quote]Warlock's Wrath
Prerequisite: Tiefling, warlock
Benefit: You use d8s for your Warlock's Curse damage. In addition, you replace infernal wrath with warlock's wrath.

Warlock

What you need to understand about the apocalypse is that you aren't Mad Max. You're part of the skull pyramid in the background.

While some of you may have christmas dinner, others will get to play pimp robots who fight elven sky-pirates.

Just sayin'.

@Arik:
incidentally, i've almost re-skinned AEskil as an Avenger. I'm down to picking out equipment, and then he'll be ready for your DM approval (or veto, as the case may be).

seeing, though, as there are some differences between Barbarian and Avenger, do you perhaps have some ideas for weapon (if i can't keep the Fullblade) and certainly armor (cuz i have to wear Cloth)?

see y'all tonight at any rate Smile

You'll need a feat for the fullblade, just as the barbarian needs/needed. But yeah you can keep it, ditto for your amulet. Your armor shouldn't be much a of a problem, you can just go from "hide shared suffering +1" armor to "cloth shared suffering +1" armor. Unless you really want something different, in which case you can substitute it for any other kind of level 5 cloth armor (pending on approval/veto).

If you do want something else, I can recommend Bloodthread +1 (from the PHB). There's not a lot of level 5 cloth options out there.

What you need to understand about the apocalypse is that you aren't Mad Max. You're part of the skull pyramid in the background.

Good news everyone!
[/sarcasm]

When my new trimester starts in february I'll have college on both monday and tuesday evenings until 7 pm.

With wednesdays and thursdays being taken for other prior engagements, and fridays being traditionally used for all sorts of parties and events, this means that - effective immediately - there is no more opportunity to play for a while. I hope you liked our most previous session, because it's the last you'll get for the next few months.

What you need to understand about the apocalypse is that you aren't Mad Max. You're part of the skull pyramid in the background.

And for months - no roleplaying outside the once-a-month vampire for me either...

So, I take it there's not much interest in trying to keep the monday/tuesday going in an alternative form?

It's not that I'm not interested, I just can't think of any good options. If you've got a good idea, please share.

Well, if there's a possibility some time this week where we could talk about this face to face, that'd be the best I can suggest right now. As far as I'm concerned, this Friday perhaps? Or, if the Wednesday IS entirely open, perhaps then?

Jeroen might be able to fit in an hour or two, just not a full rpg session Tongue

it's not that wed. is suddenly a weekly option, but more that this week it forms a possible option for a session, as far as i am concerned.

arik and jeroen's schedules'd have to be checked against that however...arik, how do you feel about that this week? if you're in, i'll sms jeroen.

I didn't mean to imply the Wed was a weekly option, I know it ain't Smile

I wasn't suggesting that we'd play on Wednesday either, I was suggesting we get together to discuss the 'future' of the monday/tuesday game on that day (or Friday). If we've got one day to get together, I'd much rather spend it trying to figure something out than to play that one last session.

Don't get me wrong, I love playing, but I'd much rather spend time on not losing the only weekly campaign I play Tongue
